First try flashing on other pc.
Reheat/resolder flash and CCONT. Be carefull with CPU if it is glued.
If not helped change flash IC.

A little advice before desoldering glued components !

Try to flash with KNOK !

And before write flash, set on MISC menu emulate communication from *.fls file and then select your file that you're about to use for flashing !

And set write fls file to phone ;

select the same file that you've chosen for emulate ;

and don't change 0x2000000 adress which appearring and press ENTER ;

Just press a little bit the switch ON for initialize the boot loader on phone ;

Say a little HAIL MARY ...

HAVE A NICE FLASH

Max

P.S. The battery needs to be full charged (it'll be better!)

If you receive the same message with both flashers(flash erasing error or error on 48%) than the flash chip is bad!Try with Knok,klick on Erase the whole flash,if you receive the same message-that`s it!
Forgot to mention-the flash can also be unsoldered or some line on the PCB is missing!
