6210 weak signal


Can you please let me know what could be wrong if on 6210 is weak signal on 900Mhz? On 1800Mhz the signal is good. Thanks

see service manuals...and check filters for 900Mhz....but first....you should first use wintesla to see if HF/HFR is used...or not used.....if is not used....use full factory with wintesla...and turn them on!!!!!!!...POST result

Must I also have a jig if I want to use Wintesla?

this is chanels....you should keep them open....hmmm....you have cracked version of wintesla...and you can use thet version....try to find it on net..when you find one....post me i will learn you how to check TX/RX and how to open HF/HFR

short circuit the external antenna, bud contact of this causes weak signal.

one chanel you can turn on and off from kayboard...*3370*/*3370#...you can read about it in nokia service manual....to see the effect....other chanal...easy....use option in wintesla.."product profile"...if you see that HF/HFR not used....use option full factory reset.....to open it.....

for measuring rx/tx foult...with wintesla....you can ICQ...me....to help you..

an external antenna is like a switch, if there is bad contact there it causes a week signal, what we can do, replace the external antenna or short cut it.
