6080 blue tooth ic : BC313143A-11-RK-E4

6230 blue tooth ic : BC213143A-17-RK-E4

at schematic all pin look like same . about bga size. no idea.

is the same CSR Bluetooth device (also used in some USB Bluetooth sticks)

in waterdamaged phones with bluetooth error, the fault is not located at this IC, so it is located at the PowerIC for bluetooth
