Hi Advanced
I have nokia 6230 with 500mA battery consumation in result CPU is verry HOT!!. What's the problem.

circuite or component short or something like that, clean pcb with ultrasonic cleaner with some alcohol and try to reball CPU

Today that problem soloved, i remuve small black 5 pin ic near memo card conector, cpu was cool , repase ic and phone working ok. Before reparing phone consumation was 500mA when is turned off. Check these solution and post result.
