6230 is showing charging , but it wil keep charging , never mention battery full .. i change battery already ..stil same problem ..any solution for this ???

you muste flashe your 6230 its virus!!! for bluetooth transmition ok

maybe smth in your phone discharge battery - check the resistance between + and - of battery terminals

Connect 'switched off' phone to power supply that has current meter.
It must show no current consuption.
If it shows that drains current then replace pa module.

i don think so ... 6230 is not symbian phone ..flash ove rover also same

is it liquid damage..?
BR check its charging section, is there any dry soldering..

this is your solution!!!

if PA is not problem you have other short somewhere on board.
