Can be done...however you won't have network on 850/900...works on 1900(i'm using it in Canada)
6230b=850/1800/1900
6230=900/1800/1900

yes:flash mcu +ppm+cnt+pm 6230and change filter :z808(rx900) z700(tx900)
but signal drop one line when call
