6230b (RH28) Fuse? - where to get one?

Hi,

I believe i have ****n the fuse in my 6230b (RH28). Phone will not charge.
Checked incomming from charger - ok
+/- pads inside phone - only 1.4v

Could anyone point-show where the fuse is? How to replace it? Where to get one? (maybe picture or diagram of what to look for).
I have a schematic of the phone. I think it is F100 (SM FUSE FF 1.5A 32V)
If i'm correct - where do i get replacement fuse?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks to anyone kind enough to help.

you may short it with a lead or replace it with a fuse of 3310

Thank you.

Thank you for reply.

I can not find the fuse. Looked evrywhere (in Canada).
Going to try look in the States - Who knows maybe i'll find one.
If will not be able to locate one I will follow your suggestion and will try to short it out.

Thanx again.
