6260 dead


i recieved a 6260 from customer which was having error "phone startup failed contact retailer " i formatted set but prob not solved then i flashed flashing was ok but ui setting got failed then i reballed both the flash ics set was giving me this error
1st Boot Err: Bad Resp UPP, 02 FF FF 72
1st Boot Err: Bad Resp DCT3
Rebooting Mobile

now i reballed both the two flash ics again now m having this error
1st Boot Err: Bad Resp UPP, 02 FF FF 72
1st Boot Ok
1st Boot Err:
Rebooting Mobile
IM TOTALLY CONFUSED WAT TO DO NOW...PLZ HELP ME

u done wrong


u no need to reball ic in first problem


just clean connectors and restart urs software..and if need then clean pcb also ..so urs phone take flash and working


but now u maked problem in hardware ..u reball ic..and now possible that these ic are damage..so now reball again that ic ..and clean them and try flash..

if not ..then u must need to change these ic ..

sir i have reballed both the flash ic 3 times but still having same error now what to do shld i change them or what n if i shld change them then can i do it from 6600 pcb

6260 have different flash ic... you cannot use 6600 flash.... they are same with 3230.... you might use st brand from 7610 or 6670.....

i have a 6260 , i receive error 0005c000 you may try to put a capacitor, any solution pls.

as i see on your first post.... and your log.... you have problem with the first boot... look like upp is faulty...

if i were you these are my procedures..

reball or replace upp..
check the log again.. on your ufs or jaf....
if the log like this in ufs
first boot ok wd2........ upp might ok....

try to flash now..

but if the ufs doesnt read a flash id.... then you have to reball those
flash ic.....

post result..
