Format ur MMC in Windows as FAT...if still dont help change it

try to format the mmc through your computer. just right click then choose format. select full format. then wait. if it does not wotk? replace it with a new one...

memory card ic s are just below mmc and sim tray, to access that ic's u need to take out that shield carefully
