6260 No Power


I received today a 6260 that did not come on. i wanted to flash it with Tornado and i seen the following:
Anytime i connect phone to box the "Power Light" of the Tornado goes off and the phone can not boot.
It's harware problem. can someone give some ideas please up here.

I also tried it with Grifin Box and any time i connect the phone to box, the three lights buttom of the box goes off also.
Anyone have seen this before.

I already check it and there is no water at all. I also reflow the main board and nothing changed.

IF yes, could be PA, UEM any shrot cicuit in PCB

Problem is solved by changing PA. it's the same as 7200.
