6260 power on only with charger

today i get a nokia 6260 who power on only when put charger.but she not charging.help me,where is a problem

Open the Set ...reheat UEM , UPP , Flash memory , just slightly..that would help in someeeeee case ! since there is no perfect way to deal with such Problems
