6270 switching off - GSM-Forum

Hi can anyone help got a 6270 that switches off after a few minutes of being turned on.I've tried changing the battery but no joy.The firmware version is v3.66 but can't update using NSU as it says phone is not recognised.

I've tried searching forums but no joy some people seem to think updated firmware would help others say makes no difference.

any help would be great

At first replace the power switch. If not solved then make full flash (with CNT) with latest firmware version.
