pls help 6280 charging but not save the battery. i tryed to change thavo ic but still same problem, any solotion help me pls.

brother first check with power supply that its take accurate current for charging(use car charger to check )if its ok then put sim card and switched on with power supply n check its also taking accurate power,mainly there r that two simple things that has to b checked,
