nokia 6280,when go to bluetooth function and try to on bluetooth nothing happens and it cant open?what is this problem hardware or software?

Whats the history was it drooped or water damage
first try formatting user area in ufs3
or see for any physical damage and post result

first give bluthooth give a head if not clear so change the bluethooth ic

6280 is not symbian phone and format user area has no meanning for 6270-6280
