6280 Charge Ok But not switching On=??? - GSM-Forum

This 6280 is charging fine but cant power on, i can use Cable to power it up.
Switch ways look fine, flex is Ok.The Top part can switch on with another working board.
Any Idea???

Change On-Off Switch...
If Not Ok Then Change Flex Cable

As I said, the switch button is FINE and FLEX is OK.
That Board cant switch on even if i use a working phone s top part.
That flex works perfect on other board.
Problem is on the mother board.

@tee_beat , no problem of PM or soft problem.

change ic under flex connecter 2nd from right.

if not solve by this u have to change crystal ic too or rehot them..

The problem here is , there is no POWER on the 5th Pin(Red line from picture).Even if i short it it doesnt power up the phone as that pin is not powered.
Any other idea???

Is there another Point which has the same value as the Red pin(5th from right down)? I found one, The test point just down the first Glass IC from right, but still doesnt communicate as it s not powered.

Any body had success on this problem? How about changing the crystal ic, 2nd from the right?

Yes I successfully changed the crystal IC 2nd from right and its working fine ,, make sure u find a good quality IC to replace or just do jumping to be sure and than look for IC ... ( jumping is same as 6280 or any BB5 Keyad IC )

Mine worked with a charm .. Also if u have problems with black screen change the FM radio UI Driver ( a small IC on the LEFT ) same as Camera IC or FM RAdio IC from any BB5 Phone
