6280 Display go black.. after few seconds.. - GSM-Forum

hi.. i have one 6280 when i switch on the phone it show lcd perfect.. but after few seconds lcd goes black and lights also goes off.. and then i have to take out the batery and switch it on again.. i have done software flash also.. can anybody please help me to fix this problem.. thanks

i faced this type of problem that time i changed display,and the problem solved.if the problem remains same first change strip then rehot ic's if required change.

please, try to talk on hardware first. not flashing, something poor knowledge of flashing, can Erase to mob' phone software.

which ic?. do you know that , if you cannot remove ic's very well, your phone ,will not powered on again.
i have a question, are you sure - you have remove an ic's before?
ic's are diffcult to fix.
And sometime, if you remove, you cannot fix back to same position.

please, suggest hardware first, this can help your suggestion better.

have try replacing lcd?.
have try checking for light diode on board?.
have try checking flex connecting your lcd?.

please, stop flashing your mob' now.

flash the phone with 6.10 version via jaf with factory set checked. (use modified 7 pin cable)

flash phone with latest fimware Mcu+Ppm+Cnt if not work try to change this IC

i have already change lcd.. i have change fluxy cable.. where is the lcd light diode..??? can u tell me..

solution for this problem from my expirence is
1. flash phone and make fectory.
2. change LCD
3. change flex cable.
4. change uper keypad (sometimes make this problem or light problem.)

if lcd is good first start and then goes away , i think those will fix....
for no display at all first need to check the black IC near BT module , this ic also make no display.

this problem is 100% software, just update firmware to version 5.92 all will be ok.
