ok i got replies regarding my faulty 6280{contact service}..you all suggested i flash phone..ive downloaded files=rm.78 hope this is correct..ive got a usb cable to pc..now do i need software program to install files to phone ..and where do i get it...thanks guys

You don't seem to have any box to flash your phone.

Search for bb5 reaper in this forum and try to flash with phoenix.
