6280 not flash i have try with jaf & mt-box phone say

check cables sir....then try to flash using usb but in your case it a flash ic error.... but check cable first

if u fone is working then just remove B.S.T SUPPLY FROM BOARD THEN TRY TO FLASH IT .B'COZ IT WILL NOT GET FLASH UNTIL IT WILL NOT ENTER IN LOCAL MODE.
