6280 power problem

hello everyone,
i have nokia 6280 that doesn't work when i put the battery.
the weird thing is that when i use power supplier (3.9V) the phone is working.

anyone have asolution for this prob?

Hello!First check if Battery is OK.
Open phone and see if battery contacts is not damage.
But this can be one Software problem.You have flashed Phone?

Hi,
tnx for the fast answer.
no i didnt try to flash the phone.
i will try it first' before i open the phone.

is it possible that the battery connector looks good but still damage?

Yes is Possible! with wather or some broken pin.
If phone is new is not normal, but if is old you need check
can be problem in IC, many situations.
