6280 when taking photo, freeze!!


hi everybody.. I have one 6280, everything is working well.. camera ok.. video capturing very good no problem. but when taking photo phone is freezing with photo on display appr..5 min.. then save and sometimes do not save.. but if even save the photo can not be opened!!format is not proper maybe..
if ther anybody who live this problem and solved..


-ribbon changed

-camera module changed.
-camera IC and upper key board chaned

this IC is suplying vcc to cmaera module.. it feed camera module..
if this IC faulty camera module won't work absolutaly..

changed flex cable and all ok for me.
try board in another complete cover.
