6288 handsfree mode

Hi guys i have problem in my 6288 it always show handsfee symbol ? i alredy cleand the handsfree connector but stil same any idea what to do?

no the phone is not water damaged.i alredy check the phone phone is new and cleaned. i will check r2000 any other solution?
