6300 flashing problem

Hi to all genious i have one 6300 nokia which is working perfectly only calculator is missing i want to upgrade the software fone erased and error comes, i wash the fone rehot the flash ic and betty ic but still no luck, fone start erasing and quickly give the error i also tried to flash dead usb but same happened i tried with ufs and mxkey any body give me the right sloution before fone is working fine and old version is 6.60 i try with 7.30 version kindly give me the perfect solution i will appricated these are fahing logs with mxkey i hope experts help mebrary version: 1.0.0.9019(20-11-2010), 1.0.0.15042(20-11-2010)

takenote: next time do not format on that particular
phone the ist fault is calculator is missing ( need to flash the phone w/latest version)
