why can't that picture help you? are the pads of the powerswitch gone?

check continuity from power switch to L2405 if not proper make jumper if ok check

j2421 >>> ~4v and continuity also

then check to r2406 27k Resistance if ok other wise change it

if all ok then last step to check continuity to c2403 if still no then you must
re ball RETU .

i change r2406 resistance and apply jumper to the power switch
