Member: 145082 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 798 | 6300 water damaged no keys are working @ all what could be done the phone is water damaged there is corrosion @ N2031 i have changed the keypad ic even though the same what could be done here |

Member: 319112 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 164 | Water damaged phones are best cleaned using Isopropenol or simply nitrocellulose thinner. The cleaning should be thorough and pcb dried under moderate heat. If the keypads refuse to function, you need a new keypad IC to be fixed. Do this carefully and you should succeed. The keypad IC for 6300 is the same with that of 2626. |
