6310 dead - GSM-Forum

hi, i receive one 6310 to change led's in white..so i remove all old leds and start soldering new leds....i checking after every led i put if phone power up or no..after 4 led on Lcd all Ok...so i solder first led on keypad ( left up ) but phone not power on after this...so i remove led ..phone still not power on..i remove then all leds ..same problem..i check if phone comunicate with PC but no chance..
what to do?..u know what mean a angry customer..pls help with an advice if u can!

hi man
i think u killed
UPP or UEM
cause this EASY to do when changing led on that phones, also BOTH bga glued,so ITS POSSIBLE THAT what happen

remove both n replace
n then check result

keep welll
