from glass, wich chip do you mean i have problem with 6310i all the keys did not work.

The problem is CPU! I had once similar problem,and solved by replacing CPU

Hmmm got two phones, the first the 3 upper keys, and the other one 3,6,9,#...is it CPU again? i think there something to do with the connections...thats what i think..

From the service manual i can see that some keys have common inner or outer connections, where do these connections go for the 4 keys of the upper keyboard in 6310i?Does anybody know? thanks in advance...

Problem cured in the one with 3,6,9,# keys not working by reflowing the glassy chip...

.
The other one died, and dont know how to wake it up..Any ideas?
