try to change the keypad ribbon...

i did one, change keypad flex no luck..

when i look the keypad ribbon at the microscope it has cut..
so i change the keypad ribbon..

problem solved..

Hi, can anybody help me please.
I have a nokia 6500s that was not charging. I re-soldered the fuse and it works but then I could only turn on the phone but could not press the middle button to accept turning on. Also I could turn it off but nothing else. I changed the top keypad ribbon but still can not press the middle button to accept.

Hi I have the same problem on a nokia 6500s as described by the user hansa.
On the top keypad only the hangup (power on/off red) key seems to work, so the phone is in a unusable state.
I can't seem to find a working solution for this problem.

Can anybody help me on this?
