we have one 6210 wich we cant activate none profile,alwaus is active hands-free profile,we try with full flash, virgin eprom and nothing
problem with 6250,when i activate profile general is activatet but alwaus is on hands-free,we flashed with more versions but nothing,pcb and conector is cleaned

try to check a few components near the bottom connector..

Check COBBA...

Consult service manual and follow signals from connector to cobba... Check all components in path...
