6510 displays headset!!! help - GSM-Forum

help!!!!

a headset display remains at the screen even theres no headset inserted into the unit????? i thought its a software problem but its not!!!! i even removed the terminal of the headset thinking it is the thing that causes it to display headset but still the headset is there????

any suggestions on what should i do???

check on board where base connector make contact ...just try cleaning or try changing transistors there.....

try to change the charging block i tried once and it worked

I think the cleaning will be help! Try clean the connector or rehot down the PCB. If don't work try the ultrasonics cleaner.
