6510 no charge - GSM-Forum

I have a problem with a 6510 after water damage.
Phone runs ok, but when i charge it, shows "charging bars" on lcd, but it discharge the battery. If i charge the batt in other phone, all is ok. No soft problem, and i put it in ultrasonic machine twice, but i think its a harware damage. Any idea?

have you tested the fuse?
it could be the fuse if not you need to give the uem a reflow and possibly do energy managment callibration.

Fuse is ok because phone detect it (bars charging on lcd). The problem is that it can not charge batt, and it discharge until battery is empty

Any idea?

maybe UEM fault, but you need to calibrate energy before changing, maybe was justa bad adjustement

it seem u have what i call abormal charging,check d battery connector.if it is ok.u have to change d pa.it sld be ok.

dont think about software , sure its UEM faulty .......
