6510: power and charge problem

have you experience this kind of problem on 6510


Phone History:
The problem was, all the switch was damage, power switch, volume up and down,


What I Did:
with that problem, i just replace all switches and i didn't touch any component.


Problems Occurred:
After replacing, when i tested it, i switch it on, sometimes it turned on sometimes it didn't, i tried to charge it but the charger was not recognize.
When i tried to remove the power switch and shorted the terminal with a twizzer it turned on, i check the power switch with a tester and its ok, it has good contact. I did install again the power switch but still it won't turned on. I already used 5 power switch trying to replace but still its not working.


i hope you all out there could give me a clue.

im sure its not about software 'cause when i shorted the terminal, it boot up and the phone works fine.

pls... advice..
