if ur fone can receive call, try these solution :
1. check ur lcd --- replace or change.
2. chek ur display conector --- clean, resolder, replace or change
3. check ur track from display conektor to display ic and jeck, if cut--- jumper
4. check ur display ic and jeck ic -- reball, clean, or change
5. check track from display ic and jeck to upp ---- jumper, reheat upp, reball upp, or change upp (if you change upp, you have to flash ur fone)

try step by step, good luck

i did all what you said .
at the end i chang sdram and it is work good just for ahour and the problem came back again
