6600 blank lcd but when after flash it becomes "contact service"

So i try to wr pm on it and it work. but now customer came back after 2 days and now lcd is blank and hang there. Its back to square one.

What shall I do for this problem????

F13 and F14 (flash ic) is always the reason in contact service of 6600. so try to reball or replace this 2 ic's.

erase with 6600 erase.fia
then flash with latest FW, upload PM, Do UI Option (Unlock)

Erase with erase file then full flash(mcu+ppm) wright a good pm ulsetting and format use area.

Do you have a erase file to share? Do I only use the erase file in the mcu without the ppm to erase the phone then after that full flash the phone???

Thanks for sharing the files. Do i use any of these files to flash the mcu? I just have to put the erase file into the mcu file without putting the ppm is that correct?
