Contect retiler its a sw or hw complant, how can i solve pls help me

1-Try Format user area with any box as twister,tornado,........etc
2-try format manually

if it doesn't accept formatting,so it's hardware problem.

contact retailer may comes from both hardware and software
so u try to format user area first manually(press bottom
*,3 and ok(call)bottom and power on your phone(without simcard) then phone shows formating
after formating check

if not ok then full flash your phone (erase first)
write pm
format user area
uisettings
check again or again go for manual formating

Dear= i first erase all memory chip &flashed again write pm then i format by code now all ok good working so thanks for ur neet explanation (9500,9300.)formating code. C+shift+f press without battery at time put batery wl starting formating. Thank u.
