i have a 6600 dead .when i connect it to software it says 1st boot error.

m8t what is the history of the phone...wht is ur main concern hardware or software...check cable connections first..

Try to flash in latest version,clean board where pin touches board U have not given details for dead set.

First make sure cable is OK and no short on board. After that you should reheat UPP and flashes.
