i am flashing 6600 with ufs after flashing set is dead any body can help me

Try with new version flas file.
first full erase the set & than try to flash with new version flash file with your ufs.its better try to flash with MT-BOX or JAF box but its not important.
just try with new version flash file in UFS.
& if possibale post the log.

try to full flash erase and flash with latest version
