6600 dead after remov bt ic


hi dear i have one 6600 problem is bt&gellery not warking i heat on bt ic after thish phone is white display now 1st but ok 2nd but error help help

(if not able to make or receive cal) first check 4 any shorting at bt print.....but often there is bad news.....ur UEM ic (glued one) is damaged ...which is on the other side of pcb......reball it if its not damaged or else replace it....hope it works.......luck........do post result......br

yes maybe u r UEM balls moved BUT mostly second boot is related to upp(cpu)so rehot the cpu very softly first

yeah, dont touch other ic. just concentrate on the bt ic. try to reball it. if its no luck then try replacing it with a good one. hope this helps.

Rigth,, dont touch other ic. its better to change Bluetooth ic or the bluetooth
module...FOr flashing use jap...Good luck and post the result...

may be you overheat the mobile, the uem ic is opposite side of bt module. and because overheating any of the ball under uem is damaged the mobile cannot get on.
