6600 Display Back Light -check All Parts-any Chance To Uem?
 

I HAVE DONE MANT DISPLAY BACK LIGHT PROBLEMS-TODAY GOT ONE 6600-CHECKED USING ANOTHER DISPLAY AND ALL CONTINUITIES
1.LED PLUS AND MINUS PINS FROM D140 TO DISPLAY CONNECTOR
2.BATTERY VOLTAGE TO V164 AND D140
3.OTHER CONTINUITIES ALSO-ALL R OK

FINALLY REPLACED 3PIN TRANSISTOR9v164),8 PIN IC(d140) AND DIODE(v141)-STILL NO SCOPE

WHAT I DO AS A NEXT STEP?

change the coil , i face this type of problems many time. if you check the coil with continuty it will shows ok but not ok. so just check it to change with another.
