It's compliant is........... phone start. up failed . contact the retailer....

is not necesary to post many posts whit same problem , u have some solutions in the other post.

flash the fookin' phone.... if it does not work then replace uem + flash then flash again......

Format user area couple of times...than go flashing phone...and please do use search next time...
