6600 no speaker n loud speaker sound

hi all,
i have 1 nokia 6600 that no speaker sound and cannot use loudspeaker button that is the back button.when use the back button is ok.already change speaker n clean pcb board but the problem is same.please help me solve this problem.thank!:)
