i flash phone ,erase flash and write flash but only nokia on display and no keypad light,i also reball ram ic but still only nokia on display local mode ok,what to do

try to hard format by hand ....hold * + 3 + call + power..

first formet user area if failed then try with * 3 calling key on off switch still same then change boot ic
\100% solve
