6600 R230 broken

I have a 6600 with a resistor (r230) broken. I think it has two resistors inside.
The phone is completely dead, is it because of this resistor? I can't flash it also. Can i replace them with anything else?
Thank you

Well ... R230 is a quadrizinner with common Ground , ths device is for protection of data bus (Fbus-Mbus) from over voltage and from electrostatic charges , it could be shorted from inside or from the point of crack ( could be shorted to Grnd ) . If U totally removes it the phone will not affect at all , try it and dont be wary

Good Luck Bro.

I searched on the forum ( error 44449000 ) , it telles that it is no cable as U sayes , So if U dont know the cuse of the problem , I suppose that it could be an over voltage comes to the cable !!.
If that is the problem , it will be a big problem cause we dont know whats else beside the UPP may be affected , we may take a long trip but invaine.
I dont know from where to start but if U can , lets replace the UPP ?
