what is the meaning of this backup batt test failed in selftest ,

what should we do when this error comes ?

It means the back-up battery inside the phone just ran out.
You can:
1. ignore the test;
2. change the battery;
3. ignore it :)

the problem in my set is , it works ok but restarts when i try to do any work or press keypad unlock buttons ..

what could be the problem ?
