after flashing , WD2 phones , need to be powered on manualy!

-try to power on the phone manually

in second photo you post you used fia file which for full earse the mcu and ppm and pmm in the ppm flash only mode while the right place is in mcu
by the way could you please flash the phone using flash bt option and send us the result to go on with solve this because this case is have many steps to make.
