6600 startup failed contact retailor


please help 6600 phone startup failed contact retailor, manual format ok but same problem when in try to read information error abort mcuver. failed externalramtest test in self tests, please conform which ic is problem

flash with latest version.
format user area.
also keep an eye on imei after flashing during all defaults.

6600 lighting failed. i had changed the lighting IC and Display. but the problem is same. What is the solution for this anyone help me.It's urgent.
