6600 Strange Keypad ! - GSM-Forum

My proble is with two keys:
Right/Exit: not working at all.
Left/Camera: When I press on, it goes to menu.

I already tried flashing, format user area, Ui default,
Full factoey defaults, New PM...Nothing,
so I guess that it is hardware failure !
Any suggestion please ?

Try to change the keypad crystal(Z 140&Z 142)...%100 U SOLVE THE PROBLEM....REGARDS

Not working,
I forgot to say that when I press Right key,
Nothing happens but keypad/lcd lightup :confused

did you try to change ui module? if the prob the same just reflow or remove and reball upp or change it much better it will work good..

this problem happens bcz of faulty or dirty ESD filter of keypad as always I see

@lood: I have repaired same problem jost in this moment (function keys don't work, camera opens menu and right key doesn't work)

the solution was changing z140 and z142... pls check if u have changed it for good ones ok?

tested 100%
