Hello everyone.

I have Nokia 6120 classic. It is nice phone but I have problem. whenever I talk to someone the phone turns off automatically. When I turn it on it showed 100%. It also doesn't last long than usually it used to do. Please tell me if its battery problem or software. As far as I know the battery is original. I am very annoyed by this problem. Please suggest me something...

Please help.

1st; change new battery
2nd any component damege near battery connecter inside !!!!!!!

Please question your cell phone charging and when the machine will automatically shut down, if not shut down, find a new firmware upgrade to try. If so, you have to make XS4 write PM to be resolved.

I'll definitely try changing battery.. but I searched this issue on internet and couldn't find any fine solution.. and I have heard that new firmware has many other issues.

I'll get back to you after changing battery.
