6610 Key Pad


6610 no response from keypad. no phisical water damage is shown on the board.
Any suggestions please?

hi
before u decide to CHANGE anything

check for short at side volume button
then Procede to

a: interboard conector n ui board
b: Check matrix<small grey/silverish>
c: Direct UPP problem,check for cut lines

hope this can solve it

i found this problem too, but after replace Z300, keypad still no respond, how to solve the problem?
BTW i replace upp, switch volume.
Plz somebody give me explanation for this,

yes it's usualy short in volume button ? but if still try to flash the phone.
