6610 keybord no function


i have one 6610 kebord ,send n end no function
i alredy replace the keypad ic but same problem got any solution?
help....

thats right.. if one of volume keys is damaged that may cause a freeze in the keypad.

also u must check the connector itself and the ESD filter .. if all r OK then the problem is at UPP

yes . sure . try and replace volume keys , if not replace keypad ic control , if not reball or replace the UEM .................
