this problem as readed by tornado
means u have bad flash ic
if u check it or change it
check the feeding voltage for flash ic
or broken lines between upp-flash ic
ur problem only around flash ic & its connections

UEM new ??? then you need RPL-File
change UEM from a working phone is stupid, you must use a blank UEM and flash a rpl-file to it.

search UEM-change

Hi,

Ur Flash IC was broken or damaged or don't have VIO !
Check VPP and VIO again !!! If OK, rework or change flash IC.
Sometime UPP have trouble too.

Good luck
